Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! TENDO Sport ships all around the world. Anywhere you are we can get TENDO Sport products to you. 

What delivery options do you offer?
We offer 3 options:
  • Courier (DHL Express, FedEx Express or TNT express) 
  • Postal Service (via local post)
  • Collection (Trencin, Slovakia)

How do I collect my order from Trencin, Slovakia?
We will send you an e-mail once your order is ready to collect. Please, respond to the e-mail and arrange a mutually convenient time for your collection. 

What are your delivery charges?
  • Courier - due to the mass and size of our products, delivery charges are relative to the overall weight of your purchase and your location. To view your delivery charges, please enter your delivery address at the checkout.
  • Postal Service - for selected products we offer FREE delivery via local postal services 
  • Collection - FREE of charge

How can I track my order?
  • Courier - a tracking number will be provided by the courier service (DHL or FedEx). Please check your e-mail regularly for more details from the courier service.
  • Postal Service - a tracking will be provided once the local post makes it available. Due to certain countries policies, sometimes it is not possible to provide the tracking details. If you are unsure whether this applies to your country of delivery, please get in touch with us.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
In stock products are usually shipped within 2 working days. Depending on your chosen delivery service, the approximate delivery times are:
  • DHL Express - within 2 working days in Europe and within 5 working days around the world
  • Postal Service - within 6 working days in Europe and within 9 working days around the world
  • Collection - available within 24 hours

These are only approximate delivery times. As the delivery times are subject to circumstances outside of our control (e.g. weather, situation in a country of delivery etc.) we do not guarantee the shipping times. In case your order wasn't delivered in the suggested time frame, please do get in touch with us and we will start an investigation into your order's delay.

*COVID-19 Update* Due to the current world situation, which is causing shortages of product components, the dispatch time might be extended to up to 10 working days. If this will be the case we will be in touch with you via email.

Are there other charges associated with my order that are not present in the transaction? 
Depending on your delivery country, you may be liable for any duties, taxes and entry fees.
Please note that your order does NOT include any duties, taxes and entry fees. If you’re unsure whether this will apply to you, please check with your local customs agency to see if additional fees will be payable upon entry.

For the USA ONLY: We ship to you on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price at checkout.
